The warm welcome from Jessica at reception made a difference after a long day. Our anniversary surprise with bubbly from Matt added a personal touch to the evening.

The overall ambiance could be elevated.

Leisure facilities including a pool, well-maintained grounds, functional leisure spaces

Delayed room availability left guests stranded, noisy disturbances during events disrupted sleep!!! Maintenance issues, such as broken bathrooms, caused frustration. High dining prices felt excessive and unwarranted for the quality provided!!!

The cozy deluxe room was perfect, but the outdated sofa bed was uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was convenient, perfect for reaching local attractions. The breakfast options impressed me, always fresh and well-stocked. One minor drawback was the lack of a refrigerator in the room, which would have helped during the hot days.

My recent stay was wonderful thanks to the attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and well-decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered an impressive variety, including freshly cooked eggs, though the hot items could have been served at a warmer temperature. it was a great experience, but a few adjustments to the breakfast temperature would enhance the stay even more.

The pool and spa were exactly what I needed for an escape! I loved indulging in the soothing bubbles and relaxing vibes after exploring the local attractions. The room was a perfect haven with its comfy bed, convenient USB charging ports, and a lovely view that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Nice comfy room with a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and a private bathroom stocked with toiletries. The air conditioning worked well. Enjoyed lounging by the indoor pool and soaking in the hot tub. The atmosphere was inviting in the bar area, perfect for evening relaxation. Really nice garden space by the pond too.

I really loved the pool, it was so warm and inviting after a long day. and the staff? Absolutely top-notch! Sophie and Shaun really went out of their way to help with our bags, truly made us feel welcome.

It wasn't exactly cheap. but honestly, it was worth every penny.

Had a nice time! The room was spacious, loved the comfy bed and all the extra features like USB ports by the bedside. Spa area was a highlight, really relaxing. the bar served some tasty onion rings! Only bummer was the food variety at breakfast. a little too plain for my taste.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and super comfy. Great beds and the bathroom was clean with a powerful shower. Really appreciated the ample towels and toiletries, too. The USB sockets near the bed were a convenient touch. No major downsides, just a bit noisy with adjoining rooms, but overall it was pleasant.

But honestly, the heating situation was more temperamental than my last date. I almost considered packing a parka for the room's chilly reception!
