The rooms are cosy with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. There are lots of supplies like: pay television, a seating area and ironing facilities. Btw parking is possible nearby. Thank you, you are amazing!

The bathrooms are poor.

We got a room with a bath. There was lots of fab meals.

Enjoyed the pool and spa,staff were friendly and helpful,excellent bed linen,breakfast was very good.

Surroundings,in an Industrial park,room was cold and couldn.t get it to heat up.

The comfort of the beds and linen /pillows .Breakfast in room was good as I star work before the 7 am time for breakfast

The warm welcome from Jessica at reception made a difference after a long day. Our anniversary surprise with bubbly from Matt added a personal touch to the evening.

Right next to the East Showground so you could walk there. Nice relaxing bar to come back to in the evening which served light snacks till 11pm. Lovely comfortable beds, like big marshmellows.

Delayed room availability left guests stranded, noisy disturbances during events disrupted sleep!!! Maintenance issues, such as broken bathrooms, caused frustration. High dining prices felt excessive and unwarranted for the quality provided!!!

It was friendly, professional service, very comfortable room, great breakfast and just a shame that we were only booked in for one night.

The fact that the swimming pool was closed due to renovation works.

Easy to find just off the A1, very comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly, will definitely recommend.

The cozy beautiful room was perfect, but the outdated sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Long delay for first course/starters at dinner - difficult time for children to wait. Bottle of wine produced as an apology - appreciated.

Comfortable, large and well equipped rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Tasteful decor, everything was spotlessly clean. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Had to wait some time to check-in because the only receptionist was occupied on the phone giving directions to another guest. My room was near to the bar where music was being played until the early hours. Disturbed by housekeeping staff shortly after 9AM.

Clean and friendly. Having the pool/steam/sauna was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Fantastic value for money.

Decor was was very utilitarian. Colour scheme was burgundy and brown throughout. No windows in dining room made it feel a bit claustrophobic. Grounds/gardens looked very tired - dead plants in pots, grass very long.
